Healthy Glowing Skin

Skin care becomes must in the summer. We can protect the skin from black spot and skin cancer. Skin ageing occurs mostly occurs in summer season So everyone needs regular facial and other summer skin care tips .There are some  few good skin care tips that help to make your skin glow in the summer season.
Drink Plenty Of Water:
Try to drink a jug of water in summers, it will keep your skin clean, glowing
Use of Sunscreen:
The first and the most important summer skin care tip is to apply the sunscreen lotion before going out in the sun. Apply sunscreen lotion on face, neck arms and hands. Try to apply sunscreen lotion 30 minutes before going out in the sun so that the sunscreen lotion  properly gets absorbed into the sun.
Try To Avoid Spicy Foods:
Try to limit the intake of spicy food cause black heads and spots. Spicy foods are not good for healthy lifestyle.
Take Rest:
The experts suggest taking plenty of rest each night, it will make them physically relax and it brings a glow on the skin.
Rinse Your Eye
In summer rinse and wash your eyes with the splashes of cold water it will give very refreshing feeling to your eyes.
Cleanser your skin.
Cleanse your face twice a day .You can make cleanser with the almond powder, Oatmeal, milk and rose water. which makes your skin clean and glow.
Drink Milk:
Try to drink milk every day, you can add almonds or rose water in the milk , it will clean your skin and make it fresh.
Use of Oils:

Try to apply like rose, Sandalwood and lavender on the head it will help to keep mind and body fresh.as well it will relax your body.
