YOGA AND MEDITATION
Meditation is an exercise in which a person brings/takes his mind to a stress free environment. There are different ways of performing meditation and yoga. Many religions like Hinduism, Buddhism and Roman Catholics, has introduced many different and new ways to meditate. In meditation, there is no room for attention, man keeps his mind free from the past and future worries and events. Meditation helps a man in many ways like in
·         stress reduction,
·         managing anxiety and depression,
·         ease pain, avoid cold and flu,
·         fighting Alzheimer’s,
·         Boost gray matter and so on.
If a person have to perform meditation, he/she have to follow these steps:
1.      Find a convenient time to perform meditation,
2.      Get a peaceful and quiet place to meditate,
3.      Sit in a cozy posture,
4.      Keep a relatively empty stomach,
5.      Start few warm ups,
6.      Take some deep breaths,
7.      Put a gentle smile on your face,
8.      Now slowly and calmly open your eyes.
Yoga is also similar to meditation, it also help a person to concentrate on body as well as mind. Yoga is a Sanskrit word and it came from Hinduism. There are different ways or paths to perform Yoga. All forms of yoga teach methods of concentration and meditation to control the mind, to overcome the basic consciousness, and bring the physical body under control of the your will.

Yoga brings flexibility in human body. It also brings the flow of energy in human body at its normal point and helps make the energy flow equally in the body. Yoga also helps us to be more aware of our body, and it helps with the overall process of developing mindfulness. In the end of the yoga session, it helps you to calm your mind and to control your emotions which automatically relax you emotionally and physically.
